But he's absolutely getting bit for his trouble. ]

[ that gets a sharp, pained hiss, his mouth curving in a grin but his eyes narrowing slightly.

and then he shifts juuust enough to jam his knee against King's gut. ]

[ now he pulls back. ]

[ With extremely un-paladin-like politeness: ]

[ he cackles delightedly and, assuming King will release the grip on his hands, finally tries to roll off. ]

Gyahahaha! I'll take that as my victory.

[ He allows this, though his expressions slides back to smug. ]

Those marks suggest otherwise.

[ his hand automatically goes to touch the marks King left behind, a blank look showing up on his face for half a second. ]

[ then it's back to your usually scheduled smug. ]

All I see is proof of your enthusiasm.

[ This is now a smugness competition ]

[ Coyly brushes his thumb along one of the marks on his jaw before dropping his hand again. ]

after a beat, he abruptly grabs King by the collar and pulls him into another rough kiss. ]

[ Laughs, wickedly delighted.

While kissing back, yes. ]

[ this kiss doesn't last quite as long, at least. it's short and to the point, though no less aggressive. ]
